As our first Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include developing growth strategies, ideating and testing growth initiatives across all channels, and analysing data to identify new growth opportunities. This role involves a deep understanding of the target audience, conversion funnels, lifecycle marketing, and analysing data to improve conversions. This role demands creativity and a data-driven approach to propel our clinics to new heights.

What you'll do

If you're a Growth Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience, fuelled by a genuine passion for data-driven marketing, testing and learning, and finding creative ways to grab attention across a variety of mediums, we want you on our team.

You’re incredibly patient-centric and goal-oriented, and this drives everything that you do.You’re curious and always translate patient needs into actionable growth strategies & decisions. You are action-oriented and a skilled multi-tasker who takes ownership and accountability over your responsibilities. 

You've been through the journey of a fast-growing start-up and understand how to excel within such an environment, have a proven track record of growing conversion rates and retention, and are comfortable delving into analytics platforms to extract meaningful insights and inform decisions.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) based in Hawthorn, Victoria. Salary commensurate with experience.

About you

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing start-up where you’ve built systems, not just maintained them
  • Experience deriving key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Ad Reporting
  • Experience running efficient paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Proven track record of growing conversion volume
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key findings, and areas of opportunities

Skills and experience

Growth Strategy & Planning: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target personas, building empathy towards their pain points.
  • Analyse large amounts of data and conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, user acquisition channels, and growth opportunities.

Patient Acquisition & Experimentation:

  • Identify and implement high-impact user acquisition strategies across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, influencer marketing).
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • A/B test to optimise conversion rates and identify most effective channels and messaging
  • Optimise acquisition funnels to increase conversion rates and decrease customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Patient Retention & LTV:

  • Drive retention strategies to increase engagement, reduce churn rates, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Create loyalty programs, referral programs, and other incentives to encourage repeat usage and customer advocacy.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams and customer lifetime value in collaboration with finance and commercial teams
